Membership Dues
Online Registration Policy
As a convenience to the membership, signup for Club events (cruises, activities, dinners, etc.) may be completed by online purchase using the member’s credit or debit card. Online purchases are optional, event flyers will continue to be made available for mail in signup. Online purchases will be available on the Club’s website in the Members Only section under Events. Purchases can also be made via a link in the flyer for the event. When available multiple events may be purchased in one transaction.
Members using the online signup option will have a convenience fee added to the price of the event to cover the fees charged by the online signup provider. The amount of the convenience fee will vary with the price of the event and included in the event price shown when purchasing online. The Club will seek to minimize the fee to members while not reducing the revenue the Club receives for online signups.
Consistent with current policy, dinner cancellations and refunds will not be made after the closing date specified by the Vice Commodore.
It will be the responsibility of the Treasurer to provide the Event coordinator the names of members and guests who have signed up online in a timely manner. In the future, the Board may assign this responsibility to another Club member.
